Mr. Brian A. Tilzer has been Chief Digital Officer and Senior Vice President of CVS Health Corporation since February 2013. Mr. Tilzer served as the Senior Vice President of Global e-Commerce of Staples, where he developed and led several multi-channel digital innovation strategies. Mr. Tilzer has more than 20 years of experience in strategic business development, operations and information technology, with a deep concentration in corporate and e-commerce strategy. He has been a Director of Signet Jewelers Limited since January 31, 2017. He holds a BA from Tufts University and an MBA from The Wharton School.
