Joshua Matthew Flum — Executive Vice President of Pharmacy Services at CVS Health

Mr. Joshua Matthew Flum, also known as Josh, serves as Executive Vice President of Enterprice Pharmacy Strategy & Corporate Development at CVS Health Corporation. Mr. Flum is responsible for the pharmacy operations, pharmacy professional services and payer relations functions that support the company's more than 7,800 retail pharmacies. In addition, he also oversees CVS Health's Enterprise product innovation and development team and the Enterprise pharmacy growth team. Mr. Flum has been Vice President for Pharmacy Systems of CVS Caremark Corporation since July 2004. He began his career with CVS Caremark in Store Operations. He has led several initiatives focused on improving pharmacy workflow, productivity and quality, which have significantly enhanced pharmacy services at CVS/pharmacy. Mr. Flum spent three years with The Boston Consulting Group specializing in the Consumer and Retail Practice Area. He spent the first years of his professional career clerking for the Honorable Edward R. Becker, Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and then at the law firm of Miller, Cassidy, Larroca and Lewin, LLP. Mr. Flum has been a Director of Creditriskmonitor.com Inc. since September 2007. He is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society. Mr. Flum is a graduate of the Yale Law School. He earned his bachelor's degree, Summa Cum Laude, from Tufts University.
