Scott Baker RPh — Head of Retail Operations and Executive Vice President at CVS Health

Mr. Scott Baker, RPh serves as Head of Retail Operations and Executive Vice President at CVS Health Corporation. Mr. Baker has been an Executive Vice President of Internal Operations, Real Estate, Supply Chain, Inventory Management & Logistics at CVS Pharmacy, Inc., since October 2011. During his over 20 years with CVS Health Corporation, he has played a key role in all aspects of retail operations. He joined the CVS Health Corporation with the Revco acquisition in 1997 as a Region Manager, having held a number of field management and operations roles. He served as a Region Manager in several CVS/pharmacy markets and was promoted to Area Vice President for New England in 2002. He was instrumental in the successful integration of the Longs Drugs acquisition in 2008. In late 2009, he moved to the Customer Support Center where he works cross-functionally to help support the field and store teams 'Think Customer!' Mr. Baker oversees the continued national growth of CVS/pharmacy stores in all of its markets. He was responsible for store and pharmacy operations supporting CVS outlets, as well as new location developmentand facilities management. He served as a Senior Vice President of Stores for East at CVS Pharmacy, Inc. since March 2007. Mr. Baker served as an Area Vice President for CVS/pharmacy in the northeast. He received his Pharmacy degree from Butler University.
