In general prople are good. Some very good minds. However there are few micro managers , who will not mind to dictate how you should live your lives at home so that business can continue ...
One thing is constant, which is pressure. Only one solution for every problem, to hire more managers. The top management thinms that they should squeeze the work of 10 people out of 2 or 3 people. Not at all employee friendly company
They have vision which is a good thing. However they know what the bumps on the road and they dont have a good strategy to address it . For some reason whatever steps they take, it becomes confusing and team does not get a unified , clear message or direction
