Communication and getting things done in time effective manner.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited Time Off is really fantastic
stock option if company goes public
Friday afternoons are off-limits to schedule a meeting and its a company's policy!!

Doing their own jobs correctly
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are culturally virtuous, which is better than the alternative. However they work so hard, internally, to promote virtuous culture, that there's little priority given to rewarding and awarding the team members that carry this company, in the trenches, where the real user interface happens.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was more than 2 and a half years ago, and I don't really remember much. Plus, the company was very different then. That was 2-3 regimes ago
the follow up communication was very consistent
