- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Has become a bigger company but still feels somewhat like a family. Flexible WFH policies are a huge plus.
- What do you like best about the leadership team?They have clear goals and don't sugarcoat things with corporate jargain

- What would you improve about your company's interview process?I would have them be much better at gollowing up eith potential employees quicker. Took me well over 6 months to get hired. Never got a response I had to reachnout to them
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Pay tenured employees what they are worth. Optional restricted or non restricted stock compensation. They need a better 401k and options within it. Support is a key. They do not backfill like for like if they backfill at all. Overworked employees and understaffed.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Growth opportunites. Recognizing talent and paying for it if they want to be a true leader in all LED industries. Management and supervisors need to be accountable for consistent revenue loss in certain departments.
