What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Has become a bigger company but still feels somewhat like a family. Flexible WFH policies are a huge plus.
What do you like best about the leadership team?They have clear goals and don't sugarcoat things with corporate jargain

What would you improve about your company's interview process?I would have them be much better at gollowing up eith potential employees quicker. Took me well over 6 months to get hired. Never got a response I had to reachnout to them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Pay tenured employees what they are worth. Optional restricted or non restricted stock compensation. They need a better 401k and options within it. Support is a key. They do not backfill like for like if they backfill at all. Overworked employees and understaffed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Growth opportunites. Recognizing talent and paying for it if they want to be a true leader in all LED industries. Management and supervisors need to be accountable for consistent revenue loss in certain departments.
