We have received a 850% increase in insurance costs. All yearly bonuses were canceled 15 years ago. 15 years with no bonuses. All cost of living increases were canceled. Pension canceled. We once were the highest paid employee in our state, now we are one of the lower ones.
They continue to put more work load on employees with no more pay. Their pay scale is 20-50k below other companies.
Company does not pay well for work performed.
I built my Teams to work efficiently, within time frames and be under budget. They do the job excellently. Managers micro manage destroying workforce flow. Constantly sabotaging aircraft schedules.
eliminate inter office employee conflicts
Remove maniacal Management UP to Plant Manager replacing them with skilled Techs who understand aircraft completions.
Extreme bias towards non French employees. Americans with southern accents are viewed as Neanderthals or cave men no matter how many colleges degrees or years of experience we have. Promotions are based on national origin rather than performance or experience.
Trust and respect for dedication through the years. They need to purge the nationalistic nepotism system and treat Americans, Africans, and Asians as equally important as a Frenchman. Discrimination is everywhere.

The company pushes low quality items out the door. Our aircraft once were viewed as quality. Now they push poor quality on the customer. Equipment performance is terrible. The company would rather push cheap stuff out the door for a quick paycheck than to take the time and money to do it right
Change in philosophy from top down.
bad department management. No job security. Managers use position and authority to influence employees
