What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are trying. They have a vision and are excited about it. I just feel like the execution fails.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know that my teammates are making more than I am. I feel like I was paid the amount I asked for and not the higher amount that they would have been willing to pay.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I feel like they are often in a hurry, not entirely focused on our conversation and wanting it to end so they can get on with other things. It's all business and I don't feel like I really know them.
