Aligned. Talented. Hard-working. Good at both thinking on their feet and thinking deeply. And fun!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are committed to hiring good people (both talent-wise and personality-wise), and as a result it is a pleasure to work with all of my colleagues.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
DataRobot does a great job of making remote employees feel like a full-fledged part of the company. Obviously, COVID made that easier, but this was the case even before COVID.
