Overall it's a great place to work. There are some small issues with process but I genuinely feel very lucky to be working here.

I like that they are transparent and accessible - for an executive team.

I like that it's not a meeting heavy culture, I actually have time to get work done.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working on challenging and interesting things, learning something new every day, owning my job and how I manage it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with incredibly talented teammates, I have never worked with so many people of this calibre. They've been very welcoming and kind as well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I work outside the US so my benefits are not great. I'm glad I have something, but there's really no "best" part other than it's better to have something than nothing.
