First, the recommend rating. We work really hard, and that is not for everyone. For me, I love the pace and the work and it is a wonderful fit. Not everyone wants to work like that and so they wouldn't thrive. But it doesn't make it a bad place. Instead, I think the employees understand eachother.

I have an incredible sense of accomplishment--I get a lot done, I have a lot of freedom, and I can actually see the impact of my labor.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My immediate team is very connected, fun, supportive, and open-minded. The greater engineering team is very helpful and extraordinarily respectful of those roles that are not straight-up engineering. (This is a rare thing.)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Right now I can only say that DataRobot has been remarkable in their (our) support of our Ukrainian colleagues. Every aspect--financial, time, workload--and the level of caring, not just from ELT but from everyone,
