I've worked here nearly three years, and in that time have learned from many people, and now have had the opportunity to help others learn. I have switched teams a few times, been promoted, have generally had good experiences with leadership, and still find the work challenging and interesting.

Decisions are typically made by discussion with people have who have enough info and context to give good advice, not imposed by people who don't have expertise in the area relevant to the decision.
What are some of the best things about your team?
DataRobot has a culture of helping other succeed. We face a lot of difficult problems and people are always willing to help each other out. Basically everyone I have worked with here has been smart, helpful, and passionate about something. Learning here is expected and consistent.
