Easy going. Friendly. Helpful and encouraging. Easy to talk to.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Definitely seem to care about improving culture, developing programs and reward structures, revamping values, etc.

What makes you most happy at work?

I enjoy new challenges and working on projects outside of the day to day monotony.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone has their heart in the right place. Everyone wants to do a good job and is passionate. But people are also very open to new idea and suggestions.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I think the firm should look objectively at gender and pay. I think the bonuses, once rolled into base comp, are going to create a bigger disparity. Meaning if base pay was close before, but bonuses were off, then that disparity will only get larger.
