Everyone has their heart in the right place. Everyone wants to do a good job and is passionate. But people are also very open to new idea and suggestions.
I think the firm should look objectively at gender and pay. I think the bonuses, once rolled into base comp, are going to create a bigger disparity. Meaning if base pay was close before, but bonuses were off, then that disparity will only get larger.
