It was a rough start with lots of confusion of roles and responsibilities. But, now in the last couple of weeks it has gotten way better and I am happier now.

The progress towards creating an inclusive culture has been great so far.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe our health benefits are really good with United Healthcare. My mother was a healthcare biller for a long time and says UHC usually has little issues with providers.
