The commitment from the company, and how quickly the space is growing and being adopted. Huge market cap potential ahead.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Strategic, iterate thoughtfully with speed, bring in strong VPs/directors, good sense of overall space, players, and competitors, and able to navigate the landscape and drive ARR growth quarter-over-quarter
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The passion, drive and commitment that everyone brings to work every day. Values and culture are important, and I feel the company goes above and beyond in this regards.
What are some of the best things about your team?
THe passion and willingness to learn, iterate and drive pipeline on a daily basis. All remote employees but found a way to come together as a team across mutual values.
What did you like most about the interview process?
expose to higher ups as well as cross functionally. Two way street, making sure that candidates are a strong fit coming in, as well as company providing enough training and growth for candidates.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Company has put a lot of thought into benefits tied to overall compensation, as well as the portion of benefits that they are willing to pay vs pass on to employees. Great work-life balance, not to mention the "Employee Wellness" benefit!!
