They're always looking to iterate, grow, and push themselves to find and retain passionate, smart people to work with.

Continue to grow and become "well-oiled" — we move fast, and there is always room for improvement with communication between different team

Everyone pushes each other to level-up—we support each other and work as a team, even when we don't have all of the answer

I didn't have to fight to get paid a competitive salary. They promote wellness, learning, and great medical benefits (the best of my career thus far).

We have a really supportive team—we communicate regularly and bounce ideas off of each other, get different perspectives. We are encouraged and and supported to gro
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are allowed to fail. We are allowed to learn as we push ourselves to move forward. We aren't punished for trying something new, rather celebrated for looking at problems from our unique perspective.
What do you like best about your company?
They want to make the best product for our users. We are supported to grow and given the resources we need to do so. Not much red tape when it comes to implementing decisions.
What did you like most about the interview process?
This was the only company I've interviewed with that I felt I had a full picture of the people I would be working with. As a designer, you are collaborating and bringing together many teams within the product org, and they were aware of that. I spoke with members of many teams.
