Everyone was upfront and honest. There were no games played. It moved quickly and eliminated any guesswork or wondering.

Across the board, it's the most competitive package I've had. It comes off as respect that company has for your time and contributions.

On a daily basis, we recognize the great work of our teams and individuals. Beyond that, the day-to-day work is often taken on with a lighthearted, fun spirit.

The leadership team are proven experts in their field. They're frank, honest, and engaging. They seem to genuinely care, and never look down on the teams that support them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is incredibly smart, capable, collaborative and crucially - fun. We don't take ourselves too seriously, and this creates a great sense of trust and camaraderie. We're all able to give each other feedback; there are no egos to be seen. We're all on the same mission to make DataStax a success
