Partnering with others, across teams and advancing our collective knowledge about something - that could be a customer challenge, a technical curiosity or brainstorming on a potential solution
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The passion and zeal for Execution and commitment to Company Values. The fact that leadership team conducts an all-company all-hands every week where no topic is off limits is evidence of the culture we espouse
What is the best part about your compensation package?

What are some of the best things about your team?
That we care for our customers (developers and enterprises). Yes, we are passionate for our products as well but it all begins with the outcomes we are delivering for our customers that keep us centered when different opinions are offered and challenged
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we are all remote and can identify with the challenges that come with remote work and zooms and shuffling personal life & kids & pets. We are proud to be "owners" of DataStax and we are building value for the long term
