My experience has been positive. Sure, there are growing pains. Implementing new processes, working through mistakes, seeing the learning experience in situations are all things that come along with working in a start up. Getting a solid person hired who you know will make an impact on the company.

Everyone on the team is driven and motivated. That can be contagious which is a good thing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are very willing to help you out, typically pretty quick too. It is a highly collaborative culture.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The entire compensation package is pretty sensational. The wellness reimbursement program, the home office reimbursement, the salary, benefits... All of it is top notch.

People are very willing to help if you need it, it's a very collaborate environment which is a big difference maker in my book.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like being able to see the work I do have an impact on the company. It's gratifying to see a candidate who I helped recruit come in and bring an important new logo on as a client.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel that we are paid very well. Additionally, the built in mental health days are something that really stand out. We all need time away to recharge sometimes. We've got a good work/life balance for the most part.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along, and the team generally has a positive attitude. Negativity can be contagious so it's nice to have people who can joke around and keep the mood light when we are working on a difficult project.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My coach is very supportive and I feel that he's got my back when we are speaking with hiring leaders within the company. It's important to me that our team conveys the same message across the board and that starts with good leadership.
