The amount of opportunity and how close we are to hitting a growth that would significantly put is in a great position for IPO

The team I work with is amazing. They are always willing to help, jump on a call and do what they can to help the company win a deal

The best attribute of our leadership team is their transparency with us. They maintain a good flow of communication on their goals, and ensure we all align to them correctly

DataStax has been a Work From Home company since before the pandemic. And they know exactly how to do it right. We are all used to having conversations virtually and have workflows that have adapted
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Insurance is COMPLETLEY covered. YES, Completely. Not a DIME is taken out of your paycheck for Health Insurance which is awesome! - Then we have BUNCH of holidays, and even random breaks in between Quarters. I believe is like 26 days we are closed which is way above any other company
