the transparency. CEO on down makes themselves available and are highly approachable. With "coaches" vs. "managers" the non-heirarchical culture is refreshing.

Candor around sensitive issues and transparency with mgt team, awareness of world-at-large not just heads down. It's about the people next to you AND the results.
