Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have far more responsibility than my pay is accounted for since I handle two teams, have been here for over a year, maintain high performance reviews, and exceed goals I believe I should be compensated appropriately yet have not received a significant pay bump.
