We all are owners. Nothing is your problem or his/her problem, it's our problem. If you see something wrong, you either if it or escalate it to someone who can fix it.

Two way communication. Leadership is very communicative about the company growth, product vision and on-going challenges; and at they same time they constantly ask for candid feedback and create forums for everyone in the company to speak up.
