Everyone is really great at making you feel welcome but you understand the sense of urgency about getting things done the right way. Everyone genuinely wants the company to do better.
What makes you most happy at work?
Connecting with my team and sharing new insights, or talking through a problem that has come up and getting a variety of perspective. I also like that you gave to be able to pivot day in and day out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The honesty and directness. Starting from the CEO down to my coach there is a very clear mission and understanding of what is expected of me. I own my work good and bad. When you need help there is plenty of support but it also encourages me to push myself to learn and problem solve without fear.
