Not sure what the culture is at the moment. I like what I do. I contribute to the company and I work a lot.
I dont interact too much with my team.
The fact that I really love my job
I love what I do
They seem to be approachable, at least those whom I deal with daily.
A lot of things, but the benefits are fantastic, wellness program, and others.
Not sure about this one. I cannot feel a culture at the moment.
I am salaried, I have options, I get rewarded for merit, wellness program and good benefits.
The leadership team is transparent, have an open door approach and they are all very approachable. They guide. They explain. They show and most of all they want us all to be successful.
My team is very knowledgeable and skilled. Lots of experience, so they do not even blink when I ask for help or ask questions. Each one, so far, has helped, Open to the many changes, the team adapts and backs each other up.
I love my job and my manager and my team. I am empowered to do it, to train, to develop process for my area. I am not micromanaged and I am trusted 100% which for me is HUGE when you work remote and your Manager KNOWS you are working very hard to meet deadlines and make each action a success
