What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are willing to help each other out. There's a commitment to education on things like Mental Health, Finance 101, etc (outside of just our specific roles). And we have shared leadership principles and values.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team prioritizes the experience of employees and makes everyone feel like an owner, regardless of title or level. The priority is around impact and being on a mission as a team. It is also clear how deeply our leaders believe in what we're doing at DataStax.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's a sense of doing it together. I've been at DataStax for 3 years now. Coming from a non-technical background, I was nervous that I wouldn't "get it" - or worse - might be bored. Neither turned out to be true, and it comes down to everyone being in it together and making an impact.
