Great remote environment, easy collaboration and communication with anyone regardless of level and position
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great remote culture. Everyone is responsive and open to collaborating cross team/org. Very little conflict/pressure put on each other
What makes you most happy at work?
Building cutting edge products, learning new skills, great balance of direction and freedom to get things done (no micro management)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Smart well researched decision making, always trying to stay ahead of the market/trends, and building partnerships w/ the biggest players.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay raises. Getting a promotion resulted in my salary being compared to others in my area and only a 2% increase. I've received a promotion and a separate raise totaling less than a 10k difference over 3 years. Plus stock refreshers would make it more competitive.
