What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being recognised as a valued member of the team is a must in any role, and DataStax firmly recognises this. Contributors are compensated fairly, on time, with management open to reviewing exceptions or one-off cases if/when necessary
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and accessibility are qualities portrayed day-to-day by our leadership, both of which can often be looked over. By way of leading by example and through both of these qualities, DataStax leadership is able to bring the entire team and company onboard our mission.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being on a mission jointly with your team, constantly refining or perfecting our "no look pass" is immensely satisfying and rewarding. This isn't something that comes from simple practice but is rather engrained by way of our values and principles which drive our culture.
