I have been here since an intern and I have truly grown to love startup culture. I have worked with the most amazing people and have only been going up from here. With such a great company and great people, I cant wait to continuing progressing my career here

I attribute all my career growth thus far to the opportunities that I received being at this company. It has been such a pleasure to go through different teams, meet the people that I've been meeting, have the experiences and interactions that I do, etc.

They are all SMART, AMAZING people. So not only am I learning from them every single day, but I am having fun and creating memories.

My team is amazing! We always have the best bonding moments when we have team on-sites. Collaboration and communication is there. I feel useful and valued

Seeing wins within my team, being able to work on new projects, working cross functionally, finding new areas that I can own and dip my feet into, making a difference
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is so welcoming and nice. The HQ is a great place to go and get greeted by such an amazing workplace staff. It keeps the vibes up and maintains a really positive energy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are ALL SMART, and ENTHUSIASTIC, and FUN to work with. Seriously I learn from all of them everyday while still having a great time. It's awesome. The people here are really the best part

When I solve a problem, when I finally figure something out that I have been stuck on for a long time, when we release some cool features, when I get recognized for something I achieved

Free healthcare, dental, and vision coverage! Also wellness reimbursement. Of course, I would always love to discuss and consider higher OTE as my job duties increase and leading more teams, but I will always brag about my company benefits
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Reiterating my point from earlier, I feel that everyone here is so nice and open for conversation. I also love the fast paced culture of a smaller startup company because you feel like your work is truly making an impact

Now that I am working closer with them, I see how well they operate. They are literally a well oiled machine and someone that I want to join the rankings of in terms of skill level, operational, and strategical, etc.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The best part is the lack of strict hierarchy. It feels very lateral in the sense that I can Slack the Product lead on something without having to go through a triage of people. Its very casual and open policy in that sense,

They are always open to having conversation. There is no power dynamic in place other than leading from the front/back and making sure we are hitting goals. Other than that, Slack is always an open channel for communication. I feel like I can always ping or talk to anyone without the fear of being
