Getting things done. It's great to see the finished product get used.

I get to work with a lot of really smart people, and we all want to make DataStax better.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Chet. He is very driven, has clear goals, and is great at rallying everyone to achieve them. He has done a complete 180 on this place since the "days of Billy."
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting something to work; be it Cassandra, Astra, gen AI, GCP, AWS, etc. Because when I do that, it means that I now have a repeatable process to show our users/customers, and help them through tough spots.
