Very hard to rate working hours as it's either 12+ hours a day or less than 5 due to seasonality which is no one's fault. Longer term execution and planning will help but this doesn't apply to DataStax. Overall experience is frustrating at lot of times but people here makes it much better.

Bright, committed, collaborative and genuinely want each other to success. They are some of the best people I have worked with.

When I am moving things forward or am able to provide a solution for a problem or need for the business or colleague.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The organisation is flat and they are approachable. When they can they will be as transparent as possible. Some critical communications have been well thought through.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I actively make decision on how to invest time and budget to drive success in the region, both strategically and hands-on and my compensation is lower than the market in my country.
