I use to love going to work. With the promises of full-time hours. Now I don't want to be there. I was trained on prep for this new opening location. Learned 2 area in yhe kitchen just to be bumped down to 28 hrs a week. Smh I'm a singlepateny raising 4 kids with bills. I can't survive off of this.

The people who come to work and actually do there job.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm being fairly paid. But to be moving up in Harland not getting our raises is definitely not fair.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I have seen a lot of customers bad mouth the company, food and employees online. They need to schedule more people in the kitchen for effective food orders. Actually train people on the new menu items instead of throwing them in the kitchens yo Rey and learn it on there own.
