The coworkers are the only thing that keep each other sane. We literally are the only people who understand this work environment and thrive together because of how we are treated unfairly by customers and management.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We don’t get paid enough and we don’t get tipped. Where we are located it’s a “culture” thing to not tip but after working our butts off to please people, they decide that the bill is too expensive and don’t want to tip beca

Listening to their staff and not shutting us down when we know what we are talking about. It’s a huge issue to not be listened to and then yelled at when they think they are right and don’t even know what they are talking ab
