We opened the new D&B in town & everythings going good except we've expressed our concerns to management multiple times w/ meetings &yet nothing is being fixed. People still havent been paid. My W2s i cant even access & i told them that 3 weeks ago & still nothing. Tips claimed are wrong...

We all are trying really hard to get them to fix our problems but management acts like the dont care
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They haven't paid us regulary for us supposely getting 8 an hour in the well but most of us hasnt seen any of that money even after they told us the back paid us. they didnt explain our tip out procedures of how to claim & tip out properly so we all share tips & some of our W2s says we"ve made over
