They strive to better the team morale inside every store! They reach out to us for our advice and input unlike most other companies.

Always looking for fun! It's only boring if you let it be here. I love my co workers they're awesome for the most part
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to fill out a short survey for the manager to show other managers. It was nice getting to relay my own message
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody is somebody is one of their for pillars. I do my best to put this in place as well as do most of my coworkers
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers always keep me entertained. I love connections with the guests as well. The little boy who won the prize he's been saving for is always fun to see!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You're not eligible for a raise until after a year of employment, I started out with a pay rate 2 dollars above minimum wage. Not bad, not good. So I'm doing what I can to strive for more money!I could never love on my paychecks alone
