What makes you most happy at work?Helping our customers navigate the often confusing market, and helping them solve business challenges.
What are some of the best things about your team?Everyone is willing to go above and beyond, even when outside of their job scope to help you succeed. The culture is a "one team" attitude and others want to see you succeed because it means the company is succeeding too
What do you like best about the leadership team?The Leadership Team is comprised of differing personalities and approaches which tends to lend itself to constructive thought and conversation when approaching challenges in the business.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?CDR are underpaid and undervalued at davenport group. CDR do more work than the AE and get paid far less pay but CDR should get paid on the similar scale as the AE as they cannot do their jobs without CDRs. Increase of base salary and increase of commission.
