He served as a Director of DBT Online, Inc. since August 1996, and of Patlex from September 1995 to August 1996. Mr. Erlbaum served as Director of Patlex Corp. (Formerly Patlex Holdings Inc.) since August 20, 1996. Mr. Erlbaum has been involved with Patlex since May 1972 and served as a Patlex Director from 1983 to December 1992, and as a Director of AutoFinance Group, Inc. (AFG) from December 1992 to September 27, 1995, during which period Patlex was a subsidiary of AFG.
