Listening to faculty about student needs.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It doesn't pay much to start but there are raises.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company has a lot of inequities regarding salaries.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The faculty care about students but the administration does not

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Dcccd makes it a priority that we all work together in harmony and when we don't they try their best to fix it.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop treating this place like a company and treat it like an education system. Communication and hear the faculty and staff out to improve.
