Too many people calling out sick and not working. Not enough people to handle the workload when someone calls out.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The pay cut we took in 2020 has been longer than 14 months with nothing compensated throughout the entirety of the pandemic. We lost a lot of vacation and PTO time as well
