Giving raises and more incentives to employees.

We need more raises and more people who want to work hard.

It was very casual and the manager I interviewed with was very laid back.

Communicating more with employees, giving employees raises and to pay more towards health benefits.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to stop calling out sick all the time and work harder so the work doesn't always fall on one or two people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I haven't had a raise in 5 years. Giving everyone across the board a raise. I know lots of people who haven't gotten raises longer then I have.
