Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I haven't had a raise in 5 years. Giving everyone across the board a raise. I know lots of people who haven't gotten raises longer then I have.

We are all in the same boat.

They need to stop calling out sick all the time and work harder so the work doesn't always fall on one or two people.
