What are some of the best things about your team?We are all in the same boat.
What did you like most about the interview process? My interview was quick, and to the point, my manager layed out most of what i needed to know, and I did the same for him.
What did you like most about the interview process? It was very casual and the manager I interviewed with was very laid back.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Verifying previous employments, certifications, etc. Also, will need to offer more starting pay to attract the more qualified/quality techs this company needs. So many good techs we get, move on after just a couple/few years, primarily due to no raises.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?stop taking contracts that can't be reasonably fulfilled, and then blaming techs for not being able to drive 400 miles in 3 hours.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Contractors doing similar roles earn nearly 33 percent more then i make at the job. I've been with the company for over two years and there has been no performance review or raise. I would feel better about the job if i didn't feel like all the work was put on FSTs.
