The particular club I work at, Hustler's Barely Legal in New Orleans, has fallen to total disarray as a result of bad management. Girls are sexually harassed, and continually treated as sub par human beings. People are fired on a whim regardless of sales or loyalty. The club has become a mess.
Communication, and better training, as well as better leadership as a whole.
