Delaware North Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

It has a lot of options

Review from Customer Success Dept

Benefits are fair and I can't complain

the environment I am living in

Review from Operations Dept

Weekly pay, benefits, and accomadating schedule to lifestyle

It's competitive both locally and nationally

I think I'm paid fairly compared to others in the industry.

They pay at or above the going rates. Since the company is privately held, stock and or options are not on the table, but everyone knows that going in.

Having a percentage of the benefits provided by the company.

Review from Operations Dept

Fantastic insurance and always opportunities for bonuses etc

Review from Operations Dept

the 401k match and i am PT

Review from Sales Dept

I love the 401K Program

Review from Sales Dept

the 401 K is great

Review from Sales Dept

Very good money and benefits

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have not been paid in 3 weeks

My sick hours and PTO still 0 and I get paid less compare to others who work less than I do.

Review from Operations Dept

We're paid on one position. For one position. Yet we handle all positions even the ones paid higher than us. Cashiers have to do prep and transport trash, and stock. Although prep and loaders get paid higher. I've worked shifts 2-4hrs in a position with a pay difference. They don't compensate.

I think our tips are extremely inconsistent and they need to fix issues within my paycheck as well as all the other workers paychecks.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I feel they should hire more internally

Higher pay, and being afforded some decent respect! Make the rules for bar service consistent across the stadiums, rather than the confusion and inconsistencies customers feel? Front line staff are on the end of it , wearing all the frustrations and complaints. Step up to the plate please.

Review from Customer Success Dept

They rely too heavily on annual bonuses

For the amount of work that managers do, the compensation is not enough. Not all the managers earn the same, the friendlier you are with upper management, the more money you get, even if you don't work as hard as the rest.

Review from Operations Dept

I feel undervalued because the company has obliterated every employee benefit and service they can think of in order to save themselves money, when they already make six figures and I make barely above minimum wage. Better wages and health care please, and start seeing associates as humans

Review from Sales Dept

I would feel more valued if I did not have to consistently fight for proper equipment and equal pay.

Bonus program and dental insurance

Review from Sales Dept

I haven't had a increase in my wage nor have I had an evaluation.

Review from Operations Dept

Pay is trash and the assignments keep piling up as you get trained more and more but pay never increases

Review from Customer Support Dept

I understand its a skill-less position but the pay is bottom of the barrel (less than fast food places) and the work is just as constant and annoying

Review from Sales Dept

no benefits except dental, i want a 401 k

Review from Sales Dept

The company isn't the worst I've worked for, I feel for the amount of work beyond our job descriptions they ask us to do we should be getting paid a bit more than what we do. but at least they whole hardheartedly care about us

Review from Customer Support Dept

Receiving same pay for three years
