The hourly associates are wonderful and truly bring together a sense of camaraderie throughout the department

I genuinely appreciate The company culture from what corporate states. The executive team does not follow the standard stated though
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The executive team preaches accountability for one's venue, but offers no guidance whatsoever. If you are not completely self-sufficient you are set up to fail.
