The people are good and everyone hates the company together so its a mutual bond
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication with employees and lessening guidelines, its like working in a prison gang. No escape and forced labor at all times
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I understand its a skill-less position but the pay is bottom of the barrel (less than fast food places) and the work is just as constant and annoying
