Its been a nightmare but i am not leaving because I will not let hate win. I am struggling like crazy and its funny how this company go against the mission and values.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Make things fair or create a seniority rule

It was quick and simple

I haven't had a increase in my wage nor have I had an evaluation.

It really dont take 2 people to do most of the things in here. I understand we need teamwork but efficiency is lacking
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Its not fair people who are not a minority here can be moved around in two different positions without waiting more than 2 weeks or being lied to unlike me who have been given the runaround
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The management needs work. There is no sense of urgency and prejudice staff members. Working here has shown me that you have to kiss ass to get ahead in life. It doesn't matter how hard I work because I will continue to get the short end of the stick.
