
Cordial and informal. We want our candidates to succeed, and we want to make sure we get the actual picture. There aren't any trick questions or curve balls. We're not asking candidates to estimate how many employees the postal service has, or how many refrigerators are made in India every year. When appropriate, we'll invite candidates to give a short presentation with a reasonable expectation of time needed to complete. Every new hire will have met with Kalpesh, our CEO, and most interviews will include what of our leadership team is present in office that day. We tend to move really quickly as well. Our interview process doesn't draw out for weeks on end.
