What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Clear communication, providing proper trainings, empathy, hiring appropriately, providing mental health resources for workers, advocating for employees (some are good at this), etc.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The health insurance plans provided are extremely expensive and do not have good coverage; Responsibilities continue to pile up without a pay increase; stocks for employees have been discussed but not implemented just yet... hopefully soon.
