What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best part about leadership team is they're understanding and will not micro-manage most of the time. Everyone is very collaborative. Most of the executives will also reach out to people of all levels in the company.
They care a lot about us. I have a couple of different disabilities that make it difficult for me to keep up, but they have gone way above and beyond helping to accommodate me.
